Compare the panels, see what each one covers, and choose your next step.

All questions
  1. 1

    What does each panel include?

Each panel page lists its confirmed contents so far, grouped the way results are grouped, with a plain-language note on every marker. Contents are still being confirmed, so the list says what is confirmed, not everything a panel will include.

  2. 2

Which panel should I start with?

The Reframe Alcohol Reduction & Recovery Panel is the baseline the other panels build on. The eight focused panels each look at one area: nerves and brain fog, nutrition while drinking less, women's midlife, men's hormones, heart risk, thyroid, gut and digestion, and skin, bloat and inflammation.

  3. 3

    How are results explained?

Every marker, calculated score and report note Reframe results can show has its own entry: what it is, what tends to move it, what can influence it and general information on what you can do. You can read them all under What we test before you order.

  4. 4

Is any of this medical advice?

No. The notes on markers and the general information on what can influence them are educational. They do not replace a conversation with a clinician about your own results.
