Men's Hormone & Vitality Panel

Testosterone measured three ways, not just the headline number.

Consider this panel if

  • Low libido, low energy, or poor recovery

These symptoms can sometimes be associated with low testosterone. Free and bioavailable testosterone show how much is actually available to your body.

  • You drink heavily or frequently

Heavy or long-term alcohol use can affect testosterone levels, blood counts and blood sugar. Testing can help you better understand where you currently stand.

  • Weight gain around the middle

Testosterone and blood sugar can both be associated with changes in body composition.

Testosterone and what controls how much is usable

Why it matters

Measures total, free and bioavailable testosterone by mass spectrometry, alongside HbA1c and a full blood count for a broader view of hormonal and metabolic health.

Testosterone levels vary with timing, health, and other factors. Total testosterone can look normal while the free and bioavailable fractions sit lower, or the reverse. Measuring all three gives a fuller picture than total testosterone alone.

  • How much testosterone your body can actually use
  • HbA1c and a full blood count for the wider picture

How you'll test

  1. 1

    Choose your panel

Start with the baseline or pick a focused panel for the question you have. Each panel page lists its confirmed contents so far.

  2. 2

    Plan your lab visit

Book a blood draw once your order is confirmed. Where collection happens and how to prepare are being confirmed before launch.

  3. 3

    Read your results

Results arrive marker by marker with plain-language notes, and a written analysis is the final stage of the order.
